Stirling Access started as a private aviation platform — tracking live aircraft positions, building relationships with specialist brokers, and helping clients find the right charter flight at the right price.
We quickly noticed something: once someone trusts you with a £40,000 flight, they ask for everything else. Restaurant recommendations. Villa bookings. Event tickets. Airport transfers. They didn't want another app or another membership — they wanted one concierge that already knew them.
So we built it. A luxury travel concierge powered by AI, connected to a network of vetted providers across aviation, hotels, dining, and experiences. Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, on WhatsApp or the web. No application form. No annual fee. No gatekeeping.

I started Stirling Access because I was frustrated by how the luxury travel industry works. You either pay thousands a year for a concierge membership you barely use, or you spend hours doing your own research across dozens of brokers and booking platforms.
I'd spent years building data systems in fintech and saw an opportunity: combine real aviation intelligence — operator networks, live pricing, route analysis — with AI that actually understands what you need, available instantly on WhatsApp. No application form. No annual fee.
Every recommendation Stirling Access makes is backed by real data and real provider relationships. I personally vet every partner in our network. If something goes wrong, I'm the one who fixes it.

When we introduce you to a provider — a jet broker, a villa agency, a restaurant — and you book, we earn a commission from the provider. Not from you. The price you pay is the same whether you found them directly or through us.
This means our incentive is simple: recommend well. If you have a bad experience, you stop using us, and we earn nothing. Our AI doesn't favour providers who pay more commission — it recommends based on your requirements.
We also offer an optional premium tier — Concierge Plus at £29/month — for frequent users who want extended voice calls, outbound calling, a document vault, and priority handling. But the core concierge is free, and always will be.
